Online Coaching
What does online coaching actually include?
You get a fully personalised training program built around your goals, schedule, and lifestyle — not a copy-paste template. We do regular check-ins, I adjust your program as you progress, and you've got access to me when you need support. Think of it as having a coach in your pocket, minus the awkward gym small talk
I've never trained before — is online coaching still for me?
100%! I work with complete beginners through to experienced lifters. Your program starts whereyouare, and I'll educate you along the way so you actually understand what you're doing and why. Confidence grows with the results.
How do check-ins work?
Each week you'll share your progress, how training felt, and any wins or challenges. I review everything and make adjustments to keep you on track. You're never left guessing or figuring it out alone — that's literally what I'm here for.
What if I travel a lot or have a hectic schedule?
Not a problem! Programs can be adapted for hotel gyms, home workouts, or minimal equipment. Life happens and we work around it — no excuses needed, just communication.
How long are the programs?
Most clients kick off with a minimum 8-week commitment — that's where the real magic starts to happen. From there, we reassess and keep building. Reach out and we'll find the right package for you.
Nutrition Plans
Do I have to follow a strict meal plan?
Hard no. I coach flexible dieting — meaning you learn how to hit your nutrition goals while still enjoying your life. Girls' brunch? Date night? Holiday? All part of the plan. Restriction leads to burnout, and we're definitely not doing that here.
I have a difficult relationship with food. Can you help?
Yes — and this one is close to my heart. I've personally been through disordered eating, binge cycles, and the exhausting guilt that comes with it. I coach from a place of real experience and zero judgment. We'll work on building a healthy, sustainable approach to food that you can actually maintain long-term.
Is nutrition coaching included with training or separate?
It can be bundled with your training program or taken as a standalone service. I'll walk you through exactly what's included in each package when we connect.
Do you cater for dietary preferences or intolerances?
Always. Your nutrition plan is tailored entirely to you — allergies, intolerances, preferences, all of it. There's no one-size-fits-all happening here.
Will I have to track macros forever?
Nope! Tracking is a tool to teach you, not a life sentence. The goal is to educate you so well that eventually you understand your body and nutrition confidently on your own. Freedom is the endgame.
Face to Face Training
How often should I train with you in person?
Most clients see the best results training 2–3 times per week, but even once a week paired with a self-led program can be super effective. We'll work out what fits your life and your goals.
Do you write me a program for the days we don't train together?
Yes! The sessions we do together are only part of the picture. I'll give you a full program so every training day is intentional — not just the ones where I'm standing next to you.
Where are sessions held?
Sessions are held at Muscle Hut Gym in Kawana. Drop me a message to check availability and find the best option for you.
What's the difference between face to face and online coaching?
Face to face means I'm hands-on, correcting form in real time, pushing you when you need it, and reading your energy on the day. Online coaching offers more flexibility and suits people with busy schedules or who love training independently. Both get results — it just depends on what you need.
Couples Training
What exactly is couples/buddy training?
It's where you and a friend, partner, or family member train together in the same session — coached by me, at the same time. You each get quality coaching, it's more fun, and the cost is split between you, making it a much more affordable way to get PT. Win-win.
Do we have to have the same fitness goal?
Not at all! One of you might be focused on glute growth while the other wants to build strength — I coach you as individuals within the session. Different goals, same great coaching.
How much does buddy training cost compared to solo sessions?
Buddy sessions are priced lower per person than a solo PT session, so you're both getting a better deal. Message me for current pricing and availability.
Can we do buddy coaching online too?
Yes! Online buddy coaching works the same way — you each get your own personalised program and check-ins, just at a reduced rate. All the value, shared between two.
What if my friend wants to stop but I want to keep going?
Easy — you just transition to solo coaching and nothing changes on your end. Your program and progress continue as normal. The commitment is always yours individually.

What results can I realistically expect?
That depends on your consistency and effort — but clients who commit to the process see real, lasting changes. Not just in how they look, but in how they feel, move, and relate to food and training. I don't promise overnight transformations, but Idopromise a coach who genuinely invests in your results.
Do you work with all fitness levels?
Absolutely. Beginners, experienced lifters, post-partum, older adults, desk workers — I've coached them all. If you're ready to put in the work, there's a spot for you.
