Welcome! I’m Ella, and I’m here to help you bridge the gap between where you are now and the strongest, most confident version of yourself.

As a competitive bodybuilder and a professional coach with years of experience in both group fitness and one-on-one training, I hold a very high standard for myself and my team. I don’t just provide plans—I provide a blueprint for a lifestyle transformation. I lead by example and "practice what I preach," ensuring that every strategy I give you is tried, tested, and proven to work.

My Mission

My passion for coaching stems from my own fitness journey. I’ve walked every path—the exhaustion of overtraining, the frustration of under-eating, and the mental battle of disordered eating and binge cycles.

I know the "noise" and the "fake news" of the fitness industry can be overwhelming. My mission is to cut through that noise and educate my clients so they don’t repeat the same mistakes. We focus on sustainable results, moving away from restrictive fad diets and toward a life where you can enjoy dinner and drinks with the girls without a second of anxiety.
